Sarah Beltran has delighted in music from an early age. As a young teen she began music lessons and became captivated by the piano and its mystery. She kindled her passion through high school and became more serious about her piano study in college. While studying the classical composers, Sarah was swept away simultaneously by the world of jazz and the liberality of musical expression.
Her own early piano compositions mirrored both the classical form and the candid elements of jazz. At twenty she recorded her first album for solo piano entitled, Glimpse. Throughout college she gained more experience working with other musicians and obtained inspiration from them. She has since written music both lyrical and instrumental.
