I have always sought to engage with and share my love for music with my students.  

Music is one of the most transcendent forms of art and communication.  If I can enliven an appreciation within a student's mind and heart, there is no telling the impact they can make in the world.  

During a student's first lesson, we can evaluate his or her level of knowledge as well as an appropriate starting point for our lesson plan.  Parents are most welcome to engage in this process with their child.  While most students will follow a set curriculum of theory, composition and performance, I also offer mentoring in specific areas of interest, for example, jazz, blues or even composing.  

Lessons will be held weekly throughout the course of the school year at my home studio.  At the start of Summer Break, all students will have the opportunity to perform for their family and friends, exhibiting much practice and hard work.
